As a valued client of Gardenbrooke Vets, you can expect personalized attention and dedicated care for your pet’s well-being. Every service we provide is delivered with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
When you arrive for your appointment, our friendly team will greet you warmly and guide you to an examination room as soon as one is available. We strive to see every client and patient promptly, but in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, brief delays may occur. Rest assured, we do our best to minimize wait times and keep your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
You’ll first meet one of our friendly Veterinary Technicians, who will review your pet’s history and collect important information for the veterinarian. Next, the veterinarian will examine your pet, discuss any concerns you may have, and recommend diagnostics or treatments if needed. Afterward, the Technician will return to go over additional care details, provide helpful educational resources, and answer general wellness questions. Finally, our client care representatives will assist with billing and help schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
